CVNE’s Monopole Clásico revives a historic white Rioja style, blending Viura with a small portion of Manzanilla Sherry. Grapes come from old vines in Rioja Alta, grown on clay-limestone soils.

The 2020 was fermented in stainless steel, then aged under flor and in oak for complexity. It’s a distinctive, savory white rooted in regional tradition.
