Domaine de la Pinte is one of the Jura’s historic estates, farming biodynamically across the high-altitude blue marl slopes around Arbois. Known for their luminous whites and soulful reds, the domaine brings a sense of clarity and life to everything they touch—and their Poulsard is a perfect example.

Pinte Bien (“Drink Well”) captures Poulsard in its most joyful form: wild, light, and utterly transparent. The 2023 vintage is fermented naturally and bottled with minimal intervention to preserve the grape’s delicate aromatics and lively texture. Expect notes of fresh strawberries, redcurrants, pink peppercorn, and a hint of dried rose petals.

On the palate, it’s feather-light but persistent, with gentle tannins, bright acidity, and a savory, mineral finish. It’s a wine meant to be slightly chilled and enjoyed with abandon—a reminder that great wine doesn’t have to be heavy or serious to be profound.
