Biodynamic Jura Chardonnay from one of the region's most conscientious producers. Founded in the early 1980s by former lawyer Philippe Moyne; winemaker Fabrice Dodane joined in 1989 and purchased the estate in 2011 after Moyne's death. Now farming 7.5 hectares across Arbois and Côtes du Jura. Certified organic by Ecocert since 2008; biodynamic practices adopted in 2012 to preserve soil life. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in 400-600L oak puncheons, minimal sulfur used only when absolutely necessary.
