La Brocarde sits in the northwest section of Côte-Rôtie, neighboring the famed Côte Brune. Made from Syrah with Viognier, this wine expresses extroverted minerality alongside bright red fruits and refined tannins. The 2017 vintage shows complexity with heady mineral notes, oak, and dark cherry aromas. Strong acidity and structured tannins balance the power on the palate.
