Northern Côte-Rôtie from the Côte Rozier lieu-dit—0.5 hectare on dark, iron-rich schist soils in the final vineyards of Ampuis before Verenay. The domaine was established in 1955 with one hectare; expanded in the 1980s under Charles Bonnefond. Brothers Patrick and Christophe inherited in 1990; Léa Bonnefond (Christophe's daughter) joined in 2019. 10 hectares total: 7.5 in Côte-Rôtie, 1 in Condrieu. Vineyards on nearly 60-degree slopes. Côte Brune character: firmer, more tannic, slow to mature.
