Topped up Chardonnay — elegant, mineral-driven and super fresh. It comes from clay-limestone soils and is vinified in a combination of larger wood tanks and stainless using natural yeasts. This wine is made with the ouille method (topped off, non-oxidative, not sous voile). We love Domaine Pignier's ultra-traditional wines for their energy and tension.
