Clos de la Boudriotte is a walled 1er Cru historically prized for Pinot Noir, and Ramonet's version carries the same precision and patience the family brings to their legendary whites. 2010 is a classical, structured Burgundy vintage, the kind of year that rewards a decade of cellar.
