The classical Jura red blend, from one of Arbois' great historic family domaines. Founded in 1942 by Desire Rolet and now run by his children, Rolet farms around 65 hectares across the appellation — a benchmark name for the region. The Tradition Rouge braids together the three classic Jura red grapes — Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir — from red marls, sandstones, and gravels around Arbois and Montigny-les-Arsures. Light in color, fragrant with violets and red berries, gently tannic and lifted by the wild-strawberry crunch of Poulsard. This is Jura red as it was meant to be poured: bright, food-loving, transparent to place.
