Domaine Zafeirakis farms Assyrtiko organically at the foot of Mount Olympus in Tyrnavos, central Greece. The 2024 vintage continues Christos Zafeirakis’s mission to bring precision and terroir expression to mainland Greek whites, using stainless steel and native yeasts to emphasize freshness.

The wine balances citrus zest, stone fruit, and floral notes with a flinty, saline edge. Medium-bodied and textural, it’s a vivid mainland interpretation of Greece’s iconic grape.
