"The NV Extra Brut Rose de Craie is a Chardonnay-dominant (92%) rosé with 8% Pinot Noir. Fruit comes from the Sézannais, the Côte des Blancs and the Marne Valley. A creamy touch of yellow apple makes a brief appearance on the shy nose. The palate is alive with frothy mousse, foaming with abandon and showing off the slender wine that is underneath. Gentle white pepper completes the rounded, yet fresh and still slightly astringent fruit. Youthful and absolutely vivacious." -Antonio Galloni
