Mâconnais Chardonnay from Davayé, at the foot of the cliffs of Solutré and Vergisson. Jocelyne and Michel Paquet created Domaine des Valanges in 1980; their sons Camille, Mathieu, and Jean-Baptiste took over in 2016, rebranding as Famille Paquet. 30 hectares across 50 vineyard plots on limestone-rich soils. Organic certified since 2021, now implementing biodynamic practices. Minimal intervention winemaking focused on terroir expression. Second-generation Mâconnais from one of the region's emerging estates.
