Freeland Spirits is one of very few women owned and run distilleries in history. Head distiller Molly Troupe has a background in biochemistry and a Masters Degree in Distillation from Heriot Watt in Scotland. Freeland's gin is partially vacuum-distilled to maintain the freshness and purity of the aromatics, which include fresh cucumber, rosemary, mint and thyme as well as juniper, lemon and grapefruit.
