"The fresh and pretty pale red 2023 Fertans Ploussard comes from a 70-year-old south-facing vineyard and was produced with the traditional hand-destemming in the vineyard. It has a somewhat orangey color, with a very light profile, with very fine tannins and contained ripeness, 12.5% alcohol and unnoticeable oak. 4,000 bottles produced. Marin calls it a barbecue wine.
