Grange Tiphaine makes some of the Loire’s most exciting, terroir-driven wines, and Nouveau Nez is a perfect example of their fresh, unfiltered approach. This pét-nat, made from 100% Chenin Blanc, captures all the grape’s natural vibrancy while keeping things fun and easygoing.

The nose is bursting with ripe pear, lemon zest, and white flowers, with a touch of chalky minerality underneath. The bubbles are soft and frothy rather than sharp, giving it a smooth, creamy texture. There’s just enough acidity to keep things lively, making it perfect for a sunny afternoon, fresh oysters, or kicking off a meal with something refreshing. It’s the kind of pét-nat you open "just to taste"—and suddenly the bottle’s empty.
