Grange Tiphaine, led by Coralie and Damien Delecheneau, farms biodynamically in Touraine-Amboise. “Clef de Sol” Rouge blends Cabernet Franc and Côt from 60-year-old vines rooted in limestone.

The 2023 was fermented with native yeasts in concrete, aged in old barrels with no racking. It’s elegant and structured, showing floral lift, dark fruit, and mineral tension—ageworthy and precise.
