Meursault is the most welcoming of the great white Burgundy villages, and this is the domaine's straight-ahead take on it. Guillaume Lafon put his name on the label with 2024, taking over the project his father Dominique launched in 2008 as a freer, more experimental counterpoint to Domaine des Comtes Lafon. The cellar rules have not changed: whole-cluster pressing, native-yeast fermentation, barrel aging with little to no batonnage, and a stated refusal to let the winemaking show.
