What is this wine?
Gustinella is a young, artisanal winery based in Sicily, founded by winemaker Francesco Carriglio with a focus on natural, terroir-driven wines. The Jungimmune line (“young immune”) highlights spontaneous, energetic expressions of local grapes farmed organically. Jungimmune Rosso 2023 is made from indigenous Sicilian varieties (primarily Nerello Mascalese with supporting grapes, depending on the vintage), fermented naturally with minimal intervention.
