Jiangyu Winery sources fruit from two high-elevation regions: Shandong's coastal Penglai area and Yunnan's Shangri-La, over 2,000 meters high. The extreme elevation—Cabernet Sauvignon at 2,300 meters, Chardonnay at 2,600 meters—creates wines with distinctive character born from altitude and cool nights.
The Chardonnay Cloud from the 2023 vintage represents a lighter, more mineral expression of the variety. The cloud designation suggests delicate nuance and elegance.
