Baga juice, fermented with Maria Gomes skins in stainless steel, aged for 6 months in used oak barrels. This is kind of an orange wine, kind of a rosé, and entirely gastronomic. Clocking in at a mere 9.5% abv (though fermented fully to dryness), it's a perfect afternoon sipper, with a wonderful kaleidoscope of flavors ranging from blood orange and raspberries to orange blossoms and chalk. If you're looking to pair this with food, look no further than fried seafood or lobster risotto.
