This is a charming dry, lightly aged Calvados, exhibiting traditional notes of Rome apple peel and citrus zest, with some vanilla and spice notes from oak. Perfect on its own and in cocktails, or in the traditional Norman fashion of serving in a coffee cup after the coffee is drunk.
