A pristine expression of Chasselas from the shores of Lake Geneva, crafted by Dominique Lucas, who left Burgundy for the Alpine foothills in the early 2000s. Vines planted in 1997 grow on soils rich in glacial moraines, molasse, and yellow clay, managed biodynamically and certified by Ecocert. Hand-harvested in multiple passes, gently pressed, fermented at cool temperature in 500-liter demi-muids, aged seven to nine months, lightly filtered, and kept at minimal sulfur. The result captures the douceur and serenity of its lakeside terroir: delicate, mineral-driven, and utterly refreshing. This is Chasselas at its finest—understated yet profound, terroir-driven and food-friendly.

Dominique Lucas left Burgundy because the AOC was too restrictive and his neighbors didn't understand biodynamics. Now in Savoie, he makes incredible Chasselas with minerality you rarely find in the grape. Draft horses plough the rows; concrete and amphora age the wine; every choice is deliberate.
