Lo-Fi Wines, Gamay/Pinot Noir Santa Barbara Co, 2023
is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
This is Lo-Fi doing what they do best: making low-intervention wines that are playful, honest, and ridiculously easy to drink. The 2023 Gamay/Pinot Noir blend comes from organically farmed sites in Santa Barbara County, fermented whole cluster with native yeasts and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal sulfur.
What you get is a red that feels like a breeze—light-bodied, slightly savory, and full of tart red fruit. There’s a little herbal snap from the stems, a whisper of funk from the natural ferment, and a zippy acidity that makes it almost too easy to finish the bottle. The Gamay brings lift and crunch, the Pinot a soft, silken undertone—together they hum in perfect harmony.
This is your backyard wine, your park wine, your “oops, we finished it already” wine. Chill it down, pair with salty snacks, or pour it with whatever’s on the grill. For fans of Beaujolais, Jura reds, or California natty juice with good bones, Lo-Fi delivers once again.
