A more textured iteration of Assyrtiko than what we typically see from Santorini wines, this is bright and lush, with flavors of lemon, pear, honeysuckle and fleshy white peach. There's a compelling salinity on the finish, perhaps from the limestone flecked among the sandy-loam soils. Vinified and aged totally in stainless steel.
