Pierre-Vincent Girardin's meticulous vineyard stewardship and precision winemaking practices have intensified the expression of this legendary terroir. This 2021, at three years of age, displays the mineral precision and subtle richness that characterize Vergers at its finest: white stone fruit, citrus, and subtle almond with a saline mineral backbone reflecting limestone soils. The wine's bright acidity and refined character make it drinking beautifully now, yet it possesses the structure to develop gracefully for another 10-12 years.
