Asili sits on the gentler, more perfumed side of the Barbaresco spectrum, known for elegance, florality and finesse rather than brute power. The 2011 was a warm, early vintage that gave generous, slightly riper wines with softer tannins, meaning this Riserva is approachable now while still holding the structure to keep evolving.
