""The latest release of Moncuit's NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is a blend of the 2013 and 2014 vintages, disgorged in June 2018 with three grams per liter dosage. Offering up a complex bouquet of citrus oil, pomelo, oyster shell and freshly baked bread, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and precise, with an ample and expressive core of fruit girdled in lively acids, concluding with a long and sapid finish.
