"The 2023 Weisser Burgunder is from north-facing yellow limestone on four Ingelheim plots: Steinacker, Lottenstück, Höllenweg and Kreuzkirche. Freshly cut yellow apple flesh radiates brightness from the glass. The palate has a mellow texture that stands up to the salty freshness that pervades this.
