The red sibling of Sfera's Rosato, and proof that canned wine doesn't have to be a compromise. Sfera partners with certified-organic Italian growers and cans their actual wine in 250ml single-serves with full producer transparency on the back. The Rosso comes from Frecciarossa in Oltrepò Pavese (Lombardy) — a multi-grape blend of Uva Rara, Barbera, Croatina, Pinot Nero, and a splash of Riesling Renano, fermented dry with native yeasts and minimal sulfites. Sub-12.5% alcohol, juicy, fresh, slightly wild. The kind of red that wants a slight chill, asks no questions, and shows up wherever real wine usually can't — beach, ballgame, ski slope, plane.
