Sourced from organically farmed vines at over 600 meters elevation, Sierra de Toloño’s 2024 Rioja Blanco reflects Sandra Bravo’s mission to show a lighter, more terroir-driven side of Rioja. Made entirely from Viura (with occasional touches of other native white grapes), the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel or concrete to preserve purity and precision.
The 2024 vintage delivers vibrant aromas of lemon peel, white peach, and wild herbs, with a palate that’s crisp and zesty, underpinned by saline minerality and firm acidity. No oak, no heaviness—just clean, honest fruit and a cool-climate edge.
This is a versatile white that’s perfect for aperitifs, seafood, tapas, or any dish that needs a citrusy snap. A great pick for fans of unoaked white Burgundy, Txakoli, or Albariño.
