Demystify the differences between various French sparkling wines and join us for an exclusive celebratory Masterclass on Tuesday, July 14 at 6pm on our mezzanine.

On the agenda: Discover the freshness, fruitiness, and elegance of great Cremant regional appellations such as Burgundy, Jura, and Loire Valley. Taste the finesse and the authenticity of the Loire Valley gem, Vouvray. Finish in style with the "King of Wines", champagne to celebrate the French National Day!

About Ellen

Ellen Sarembaud is Flatiron’s newest team member and works with both the Logistics and Sales departments. She began her career as a sommelier, then moved into retail to complete her WSET Level 3.

A French husband, French family and time split between New York City and Paris has left her with deep appreciation for French wines in particular. Her true loves include Rhone, Cru Beaujolais, and secretly, anything from Italy’s Montalcino region.

This is her first class with Flatiron Wines & Spirits and she is beyond excited to share her passion for French bubbles with you!

Born in the Champagne region, I am a true lover of my birthplace and its nectar: Champagne! I've been working at Flatiron Wines & Spirits for 9 months and as you know, I love talking about Champagne. That’s why I would be delighted if you join me and my colleague Ellen for celebrating my home country's National Day, France. Let’s talk bubbles and champagne and pop the corks!
