O Veu' in the name of this wine refers to the veil (aka voile in the Jura, or flor in Jerez), and the wine in fact ages under a veil of yeast for 6 months. It comes from a single vineyard at around 700 meters of altitude, of around 85 years of age, again a field blend of various grapes. It has intense flavors of citrus oil and herbs, plus a savory, nutty touch from the veil/voile/flor aging. Bright and concentrated with tons of freshness.
