Rozaki is an ancient Greek table grape that, until recently, basically no one bothered to bottle as wine — Tsikrikonis was the first producer in the world to do so, and this is the wine that put the variety on the map. The family farms it at the foot of Mount Symbolo in Kavala, a kilometer from the Aegean, and the winemaking here is gentle on purpose: no commercial yeasts, minimal handling, then 6–8 months on selected lees in stainless to coax out a variety that fights you at every step of vinification. The result is a singular Northern Greek white — floral, herbal, balanced — and a bottle for anyone who chases rare grapes. There is nothing else quite like it.

Lemon-pith color leads to a nose of white flowers, dried herbs, and a faint waxy note. The palate is balanced and gently fruited with good acidity, a delicate texture from extended lees contact, and a clean, savory finish.
