Vietti is one of Piedmont's most respected producers, founded in the late 1800s in the heart of the Langhe hills. While renowned for serious Barolo and Barbaresco, their Moscato d'Asti showcases a different side of the region—the delicate, aromatic elegance of the indigenous Moscato Bianco grape. Gently sparkling and naturally sweet, this wine is made by arresting fermentation at just 5% alcohol, preserving the grape's intense floral and stone-fruit aromatics. Bright straw-yellow with notes of peach, apricot, rose petals, and acacia flowers. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
