Estival is a rule-breaking blend of Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, and Moscato Bianco, vinified dry, with no oak and no fear of character.
The result? A wine with freshness and perfume in equal measure. There’s a floral lift from the Muscat, spice and texture from Gewürz, and quiet structure from the Chardonnay. It moves like a coastal breeze—fresh, a little salty, and always changing direction.
