There’s so much texture and minerality here, including a major hit of Chablis-like oyster shell salinity. Although it shows huge potential for long-aging, in its youth it is salty, bright and finely textured, like a silk scarf on a rocky beach. Once again, this is mostly Treixadura, with a smattering of Godello and Albarino, which lend aromas of honeysuckle and wildflower honey.
