The main grape is the indigenous Treixadura, with some other interesting grapes mixed in: Lado, Albariño and Torrontes (a grape unrelated to the Torrontes of Argentina). The salty influence of the Atlantic and the stoniness of granite come together with the lemon, apple and pear notes typical of Treixadura.
