Maison Valette’s Mâcon-Chaintre Vieilles Vignes comes from old Chardonnay vines rooted in clay-limestone near the village of Chaintré. Organically farmed and hand-harvested, the fruit shows intense ripeness balanced by natural acidity.

Native fermentation and long aging on lees without additives give this NV cuvée depth and a vibrant, unfiltered texture. In magnum, it shines with even more energy—a soulful, natural expression of Mâconnais terroir.
