"The 2022 Brut de Selztal is a blend of 40% Pinot Gris, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blanc and 10% Pinot Meunier. The base wines were fermented in Stück and Doppelstück. The wine spent two years on lees and opens with notes of iced Mirabelle and citrus, inviting and enticing with the promise of freshness. The palate is wonderfully light, with ease, flor, balance and real joie de vivre. A wonderful and harmonious aperitif style from people who know what they are doing." —Anne Krebiehl MW
