Best known for their beautiful Amarone and Valpolicella reds, Brigaldara brings the same thoughtful, vineyard-first approach to their white wines. Their 2023 Soave shows just how good Garganega can be when it’s farmed and handled with restraint.

Sourced from hillside vineyards outside Verona, this Soave is all about clarity and refreshment. It leads with aromas of white peach, lemon zest, and spring flowers, and finishes with a clean snap of minerality and just a whisper of almond. No oak here—just cool fermentation and careful élevage to let the natural brightness and texture of the Garganega fruit shine.

It’s the kind of white that proves Soave can be more than just simple: pure, stony, and endlessly drinkable, whether as an aperitif or alongside a meal.

More about Brigaldara

Established in 1929, Brigaldara is now a benchmark for balanced, traditional Valpolicella under Stefano Cesari's stewardship. Cesari once served as President of the Growers Association, dedicating his term to improving quality through low yields, careful clones, and modern technique. Across 47 of their 120 hectares, they produce Classico, Superiore, Ripasso, and Amarone DOCG. Sustainable Wine certified since 2019, they age wines beautifully.
