F&R Minière is a small, family-run grower estate tucked into the Montagne de Reims, where Pinot Noir dominates and serious Champagne begins in the vineyard. Brothers Frédéric and Rodolphe Minière farm organically and craft wines that let the chalky, cool terroir speak without interference.

Their Cuvée Brut Zéro is a vivid expression of that philosophy—zero dosage, fully estate-grown, and made with meticulous attention to detail.
