The Miniere brothers -- one of whom worked with Anselme Selosse -- are specialists in the village of Hermonville, where all of their 8 hectares lie. This Brut Zero is made from all three main Champagne grapes, including from some vines planted in the 1960s and 1970s. Aged for seven years before release! The richness in the wine develops from this long aging process rather than dosage.
