More about Aureole

Aureole was the legendary Las Vegas restaurant known for its 26,000-bottle wine cellar, four-story wine tower, and 'wine angels' who flew on wires to retrieve bottles. Chef Charlie Palmer ran the place for 24 years (1999-2023) and built one of the most impressive wine programs in America, deep in Burgundy, California, Italy, and Bordeaux. While the restaurant has closed, its legacy as a serious wine institution remains unmatched in the hospitality world.
