More about Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey (PYCM)

One of the benchmark white Burgundy makers of his generation. Pierre-Yves Colin and his wife Caroline Morey launched their négociant business in 2001, and after the 2005 harvest he left the family domaine, Marc Colin, taking about six hectares, mostly in Saint-Aubin plus Chassagne. The approach aims for chiseled precision over fat richness: some larger 350-liter casks, no bâtonnage, long aging on the lees. From Saint-Aubin to Chassagne, Puligny and Meursault, the wines taste crystalline and pure.
