Alain Burguet Gevrey-Chambertin “Symphonie” 2021 blends fruit from 20 biodynamically farmed parcels in the village. Fermented with native yeast in cement tanks and aged 18 months in old barrels, it emphasizes purity and terroir transparency.

This mid-tier cuvée shows Gevrey’s trademark structure and earthy depth. Focused and expressive, it’s a classic Côte de Nuits Pinot Noir built for both early drinking and short-term cellaring.
