Cyprien Arlaud took over the domaine from his father and ever since has been making wines in a pure and clean style. Today his premier crus have only 15% new oak and most of his cuvées employ some whole cluster. Farming is biodynamic (certified).

Professional Reviews

Antonio Galloni

AG 91
"The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Village is more open and displays more red fruit compared to its Morey-Saint-Denis counterpart, perhaps more brightness too. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fleshy and well balanced with a crisp spine of acidity. It gains a little more concentration right on the finish. Afford this a year or two in bottle." -Neal Martin

Focus On: Burgundy

Burgundy has long been the world's most famous wine region. But, underneath all the prestige, this region can be hard to get to know.

While Burgundy offers many great trophies from top producers in well-known villages like Vosne Romanee and Puligny Montrachet, it also offers excellent values to anyone willing to explore beyond the famous names. Our collection– one of the largest in the U.S. – has plenty of both!

From the very basics of Burgundy's regions and wines to the specific terroirs of individual single vineyards--
everything you need to know about Bourgogne is just a click away!
