"Sandwiched between Cros Parantoux and Aux Reignots on the slopes above Richebourg, this is produced from a single, domaine-owned parcel of 0.39ha. Much of the fruit is fermented as whole clusters, with a gentle extraction and ageing in cask over two winters (20% new). This brings a new level of complexity and depth, with a peppery edge and a rich element that almost suggests a bit of chocolate and coffee. Superb wine."
