Maison Valette’s Mâcon Chaintré Vieilles Vignes Lot 18.22.23 comes from old Chardonnay vines rooted in clay-limestone soils of the southern Mâconnais. Farmed biodynamically and harvested by hand, it’s vinified with native yeasts and minimal sulfur, then aged for extended periods in barrel for depth and complexity.

This is a richly textured, soulful Burgundy white that captures Valette’s hallmark purity and profound expression of place — a rare, uncompromising take on Mâconnais Chardonnay.
