No Es Pituko ('It's Not Fancy') captures Echeverría's philosophy: unfiltered, unfined natural wines from the Curicó Valley without additives or sulfites. This 2024 Chardonnay pours pale yellow with a subtle haze, fermented wild to arrive at 13% naturally. Bright citrus and spice notes dominate—orange peel, mandarin and lime with baked apple on the mid-palate. The texture is lively and textured; the finish snappy and mineral. A fresh, food-friendly expression of low-intervention Chilean winemaking.
