Emmanuel Brochet’s Rosé de Saignée R22 comes from his tiny premier cru vineyard on Mont Benoît in Villers-aux-Noeuds. Crafted from Pinot Noir grown on chalk and vinified by bleeding (saignée), it highlights deep fruit character with a savory edge. Aged in oak and bottled Extra Brut, it reflects Brochet’s minimal-intervention, organic approach.
This NV cuvée, based on the 2022 harvest, is a precise, textured Champagne that speaks clearly of site and careful hands.
