Three brothers—Camille, Mathieu, and Jean-Baptiste—took over their parents' 12-hectare domaine in 2016 and merged their various estates into 'Famille Paquet.' They're gradually converting to organic farming, making minimal-intervention Chardonnay from Bourgogne and Mâconnais. Their mission is simple: high-quality fine Burgundy that's actually accessible.
